Kilchoman Machir Bay is a Single Malt Scotch Whisky distilled from Scottish malted barley on the Isle of Islay. The whisky is aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in Oloroso Sherry casks for a complex flavor.
The result is a balance of smoke, malt, and Sherry sweetness with subtle hints of dark chocolate, orange, and spices.
